I & my husband have reached home after a very long hours drive from Chicago to New York due to the storm. It was a bad ending to a wonderful trip. I have been on many trips by ourselves and with groups, but this one will stand out for the outstanding job you did in arranging and implementing all the plans. Firstly, every guide (Khanh, Chin, Tuan) and bus in each destination were was waiting exactly when and where they were supposed to be.
