I would like to express our sincere thanks to you and your team who make our business meeting so successful when we are in Hanoi.  I've got lots of complimentary from both our SEA staff as well as our brand partners that you guys are fantastic.  They are amazed with the services that have been provided by all of you during event in Hanoi.  I would also like to thank these your team in particular who really made our event ran successfully   

Linda is very friendly and always give us that excellent smile and always ready to serve.  She is very approachable. The meeting arrangement was fabulous.  She carries out instruction immediately and the meetings were so smooth. It's very easy to work with her and really enjoyed working with her. 

Our Managing Director was impressed with the services and he was telling me that you guys are excellent
