To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process, HA Travel has established the following payment procedures:

Invoice & Payment Confirmation

Upon confirmation of services, HA Travel will issue an invoice to the client or partner, detailing all confirmed bookings and clearly indicating the payment due date.

The client or partner is kindly requested to review and confirm the total amount stated. Payment must be completed before the deadline specified in the invoice to secure all arrangements.

For added convenience and security, HA Travel also offers payment via the OnePAY Payment Gateway and other authorized platforms.

• Credit card payments may be processed in VND or USD, depending on the provider’s policies at the time of transaction.

• All payments will be directly credited to HUNG ANH TRAVEL AND TRADE JSC.

• Please note: a small service fee may apply for credit card transactions.
