On arrival in Jakarta, meet our guide then transfer to hotel for overnight
Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, begin your Jakarta city tour with a visit to Monas (the National Monument), an iconic landmark symbolizing Indonesia’s independence. Continue to the impressive Istiqlal Mosque, the largest mosque in Southeast Asia, known for its grand architecture and spiritual significance.
Then, explore Old Batavia (Kota Tua), Jakarta’s historic district, where colonial buildings and cobblestone streets reflect the city’s Dutch heritage. Conclude the tour with a visit to Sunda Kelapa Port, the old harbor that once served as a bustling trade hub and still hosts traditional wooden Phinisi schooners - a living link to Indonesia’s maritime past. Morning: Transfer to the train station to board the Panoramic Train to Bandung (06:30 – 09:15). Enjoy a scenic journey through lush countryside, rolling hills, and picturesque rice fields along one of Java’s most beautiful rail routes.
Upon arrival in Bandung, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.
Morning: After breakfast, drive to Tangkuban Perahu Crater, an active volcano standing 1,800 meters above sea level. The crater, spanning nearly two kilometers wide, offers surreal and panoramic views of steaming vents and rugged volcanic terrain. Enjoy a light trek around the crater rim while taking in the cool mountain air.
Continue your journey to Ciater Hot Spring, passing through scenic tea plantations along the way. Here, you can relax and soak in the warm, mineral-rich waters known for their rejuvenating properties. (Lunch at own expense)
Afternoon: Visit Saung Angklung Udjo, a cultural center dedicated to preserving traditional Sundanese music and arts. Enjoy a vibrant performance featuring the angklung, a unique bamboo musical instrument, along with lively dances and interactive cultural shows. Overnight in Bandung

Morning: Check out from your hotel and drive to Garut to visit the fascinating Kamojang Crater, one of Indonesia’s earliest geothermal fields. Here, energy is harnessed from the earth’s natural heat — a process that began as early as 1918. The crater is affectionately nicknamed “Kawah Kereta Api” (Train Crater) because of the hissing steam and billowing smoke resembling an old steam locomotive.
In 1964, the geothermal power plant was reactivated, and since then, various companies and universities have collaborated to advance Indonesia’s geothermal energy technology.
If time permits, visit Kamojang Hill Bridge and Kamojang Ecopark, offering panoramic views and scenic natural surroundings.
Later, transfer to Tegalluar Station to board the fast train to Jakarta (Halim). Upon arrival in Jakarta, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Transfer to airport for flight to Pangkalan Bun by using hotel shuttle services.
Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun Airport you will be picked up by our local staff and take you to Kumai to board on the boat around 30 minutes drives. The boat is a traditional Klotok wooden river boat size 2,25m x 15m for 5 person and the big one size 3,5 x 19 meter for 8 – 10 person (many past tourists of us call it "African Queen" river boat style) with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rain forest as it glides by. It will take around 2 hours sailing to Tanjung Putting National Park. The guide's team includes the boatman, a cook and expert guide. In the peaceful afternoon we will slowly explore the quite river by the klotok while observing the monkeys along the riverside. Dinner and overnight on the boat
Note: Klotok Boat (private boat, no cabin. We will set mosquito net, matress, pillow and blanket)
After breakfast, we will travel up the river by Boat to see Orangutan feeding time at 09:00 in Pondok Tanggui Feeding Station then proceed to Camp Leaky feeding station to see other feeding time and orangutan education center at 14:00. Before we arrive in both of feeding stations you can observe river ecology and enjoy your lunch on boat while you see kind of wild animals on the river side (Proboscis Monkeys, Birds, Sun Bears, Kind of Macaque and Wild Orangutan). You can also enjoy sunset time with the natural view of rain forest as long as river side, when you are on the way back. Lunch and Dinner and overnight on the boat.

After breakfast, we boat down to Kumai around 2 hours before a 30-minute transfer by car to Pangkalan Bun Airport for the flight to Semarang.
Upon arrival at Semarang Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrival hall, where our representative will be waiting to greet you — holding a sign with your name. After a warm welcome, you’ll be transferred by private vehicle to Borobudur Temple, one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world.
Built in the 8th century, Borobudur stands as a masterpiece of architecture and spiritual symbolism. The temple was buried under layers of volcanic ash following an eruption in 1006, remaining hidden for centuries until its rediscovery in 1814. Between 1973 and 1984, it underwent an extensive restoration led by UNESCO, returning the monument to its former grandeur and preserving it as a World Heritage Site.
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up for a half-day city tour of Yogyakarta, the cultural heart of Java.
Begin your exploration at Beringharjo Market, the city’s bustling traditional marketplace. Here, you’ll find everything from local food and spices to batik clothing, jewelry, and kitchenware. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere — bargain with friendly vendors, sample exotic fruits, or pick up a colorful hand-dyed scarf as a souvenir.
Continue to the Yogyakarta Palace (Keraton), the historic residence of the Sultan. The palace remains an important cultural and ceremonial center, reflecting Javanese royal traditions and classical architecture.
From there, visit the Taman Sari Water Castle, a former royal garden and bathing complex that once served as a retreat for the Sultan and his family.
Next, stop at the Sonobudoyo Museum, home to an impressive collection of Javanese art, crafts, and historical artifacts.
Conclude the tour with a walking exploration of Kota Gede, the former capital of the Mataram Kingdom. Once a thriving center of culture and commerce, Kota Gede is now famous for its silver workshops, traditional houses, and charming village atmosphere.
After breakfast, your driver will take you south of Yogyakarta toward Kulon Progo. The scenic drive to Sentolo Village takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, choose your traditional bicycle and begin a leisurely cycling tour through charming villages and lush rice fields, where you can experience the peaceful rhythm of rural life.
In Sentolo, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about tempeh production (fermented soybeans), observe traditional weaving, and interact with locals as you gain insight into the daily life of a Javanese village.
Return to your hotel to relax and freshen up. Later in the afternoon, meet your driver for an excursion to the magnificent Prambanan Temple, one of the largest Hindu temple complexes in Southeast Asia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. Admire its towering spires and intricate stone carvings that depict ancient Hindu epics.
After the visit, your driver will take you back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Upon arrival at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Makassar.
Morning: After breakfast, visit Fort Rotterdam, an impressive 16th-century fortress originally built around 1545 under King Tunipallangga of Gowa. The fort now houses the La Galigo Museum, which features fascinating exhibits including scale models of the fort, ethnographic collections, traditional musical instruments, heraldry, and archaeological reconstructions. Today, Fort Rotterdam also serves as a vibrant cultural center, preserving Makassar’s rich heritage.
Continue your journey to Rammang-Rammang, one of South Sulawesi’s most stunning natural attractions. Board a traditional canoe and glide along the Puteh River, surrounded by towering karst limestone cliffs and lush nipa palm forests. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and refreshing breeze of the countryside. After about half an hour of paddling through this picturesque landscape, embark on a short, easy trek to explore the area’s natural beauty up close.
Later, drive to Sengkang, a small lakeside town located south of Rantepao, known for its traditional silk weaving and warm local culture. Overnight in Sengkang.

Morning: After breakfast, begin your day in Sengkang, a charming town surrounded by the cool highlands of South Sulawesi. Not far from the city lies a serene lake, home to a variety of bird species and traditional floating houses.
Board a dugout canoe and paddle across the calm waters to visit the local families who live on the lake. Experience their unique way of life, shaped by the rhythm of the water and the surrounding nature. On clear days, the lake offers a beautiful sunset view, casting golden reflections across the tranquil surface.
After the visit, continue your journey by road to Toraja, a region renowned for its dramatic landscapes and rich cultural traditions. The drive takes approximately six hours, offering scenic views of rural villages, lush valleys, and rolling hills along the way. Overnight in Toraja.
After breakfast, begin a fascinating Toraja cultural excursion, exploring the region’s unique ancestral traditions and burial sites.
Start with a visit to Suaya, the royal family tombs, where generations of Torajan nobles are laid to rest in impressive cliffside chambers. Continue to Lemo, one of Toraja’s most famous burial cliffs, where wooden effigies known as tau-tau stand on balconies carved into the rock — eternal guardians watching over the deceased.
Next, visit Kambira, renowned for its poignant baby graves, where infants were traditionally laid to rest inside the trunks of giant trees — a sacred ritual symbolizing the cycle of life.
Proceed to Londa, a natural cave grave, where ancient coffins and bones are placed among stalactites, illuminated by flickering lanterns. Conclude your tour at Kete Kesu, a traditional Torajan village celebrated for its distinctive wooden carvings, tongkonan houses, and hanging graves that reflect the area’s rich cultural heritage. Overnight in Toraja.
After breakfast, continue your exploration of the Toraja Highlands, discovering more of the region’s breathtaking landscapes and timeless traditions.
Begin with a visit to Palawa, one of the oldest and most picturesque Torajan villages, renowned for its traditional Tongkonan houses — elaborately carved ancestral homes with distinctive boat-shaped roofs. The village offers stunning scenery and insight into the daily life of the Toraja people.
Continue to Sa’dan To’Barana, a village famous for its traditional cotton weaving, where skilled artisans produce beautifully handwoven textiles that play an important role in Torajan ceremonies.
Next, journey to Batutumonga, a scenic highland area offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys, rice terraces, and mountains. Then visit Lo’ko Mata, a remarkable burial site carved into a rocky hillside, where graves appear like “eyes” on the cliff face — a name that translates poetically as “the eye hole.”
Conclude your day with a trek from Pana to Tikala, a pleasant walk-through rolling hills, rice fields, and traditional villages, offering an authentic glimpse into rural Toraja life. Overnight in Toraja.
After breakfast, depart for Makassar, enjoying a scenic eight-hour drive through the diverse landscapes of South Sulawesi. En route, stop in Pare-Pare, a coastal town overlooking the Makassar Strait, for lunch at a local restaurant (own expense).
After lunch, continue your journey to Makassar, arriving in the late afternoon. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after the long drive. Overnight in Makassar.
